a strange downloading problem

it has been going on for months now after i changed my computer rams (memory card) any game sources or compressed files i download (over 80 mb) gets data corruption if it was compressed file it wont unzip and if it was a game source it wont work i suspected the memory card first giving that it was the only thing i changed about my computer but the downloading problem and a few blue screens with a different massage every time were the only thing wrong other than that the system is working great i checked my internet connection and changed windows many times and scanned my computer for malware spyware and virus and its clean i have avira antivirus if someone had this problem before and fix it or might know whats causing it i d really appreciate the help

What browser?

What version?

Have you tried to repair your browser?

Tried using a different browser?

Exact error messages?

i use the latest version of fire fox and its working fine i tried downloading using download accelerator plus and internet download manager and i tried downloading with fire fox and internet explorer as for the massages i get they all contain this phrase (can not copy due to data corruption ) or (file ___ is corrupted ) and the strange thing about this is that it only happens with games sources and compressed files thats over 80 mb below that there is no problem what i mean is small files
