Booting From Cd in 98

i dont often use 98 but i want to boot from cd and in setup you cannot change the boot source and i cant get into the computer because it stuffedand it also doesnt boot from cd if there is a disk in there anyhelp would be great thanx heaps guys

You can't set the boot order in BIOS you mean?& Why do you need to boot from the CD?
