Hi,
I was helping someone who had an infection, we successfully removed the infection and cleaned up the computer. (malwarebytes)
However he sent me a message that the infection had scrambled a draft email message, he states it is important and he wants to know if there is a way to "un-scramble" the email.
I told him that some damage from malware / virus infections may not be reversible, as in the case of the email message he is trying to retrieve from his draft folder.
I want to ask here and be sure before advising him further.

Here is his message to me- " From: nazbak

Subject: Reversing garbaged draft e-mail to make readable.

Message: Thanx for offering your guide to make my garbaged draft e-mail readable again. As u are aware what I already mentioned in my question details I hope u will guide me properly so that I can get back those draft e-mail. They were very important documents to me which I can not reproduce right now. Please further be informed that I tried to keep some fresh e-mail in draft form but I'm experiencing same result, they are also becoming garbage again and again.

My computer is otherwise working fine in other areas. I shall be obliged if u really help me to rid of these problems. Thanx.
"

Any Ideas?
Thanks In Advance!
