PC Antispyware 2010

Everytime i scan the PC with Malawarebytes it finds 14-21 infections. After removing the selected files and rebooting. PC antispyware 2010 returns.

Mlawarebytes seems to find the files but does not get all the files or registry keys and the virus and trojans are reactivated. Also cannot find registry or directory entries that are suggested in virus removal articles. It may be a new version. Please help
