Windows Server 2003 Promble

i dunno when it is happen,since then

it seem to affect most of my windows server also encounter the same promble.

When I use Windows Update for my Windows Server 2003
machine, I can't update it. It scans for updates, but
gives an error when finished.

even i enter www.microsoft.com website,it unable acess to the site 'page cannot be displayed'

when i type ping the any of the www.microsoft.com website.it shown 'ping could not find host www.microsoft.com'

therefore i can login to other website nicely.

i even allow www.microsoft.com site to add in trusted site in IE,but it still remind the same result.

please,expert out there
give me some solution abt this promble.

Sounds like it might be a DNS issue since all your servers are having the same issue?

If you do a tracert was does www.microsoft.com resolve to? Check that against the result from another computer outside of the servers' network.

When i do a tracert to www.microsoft.com i get the following results:

Tracing route to lb1.www.ms.akadns.net []
over a maximum of 30 hops:
