Hi,

this is my first post, so I hope I'm doing everything as I should...

a few days ago I (sigh...) ignored a warning while visiting a page for calculating timber-constructions (www.houtinfobois.be). I had used the site before without any trouble...
Moments later the "PC Antivirus 2010" nag popped up and I knew I was infected. I immediately disconnected from the internet and ran Spybot Search & Destroy, Malwarebytes and Avast virus-scan (I knew i had to prolong my Norton-account, but I didn't know it had shut down it's protection... :thumbup2: , and along with it the firewall, which was incompatible with my before so-loved Zone-alarm...)

All these scans found some clutter. I deleted everything and rebooted. But the virus returned... In the form of a braviax.exe-infection, followed by a wisdstr.exe-infection and so on...

Finally I discovered this forum (hoorah for my Xubuntu-driven laptop) an downloaded SDFix and Combofix. Both succeeded in cleaning the virus just once - it just kept coming back and disabling the newly installed security-mesures (avast, Zone-alarm, combofix, SD-fix). So this is why i've given up hope and post my HJT-log. Please help me - I'd be very grateful!

succeeded in running spybot (using the shutdown -a command) and apparently found an infection by Virantix - said he removed it, but i don't believe it...

logged in as administrator and ran Malwarebytes - removed 3 infections (see log) - I'll do a full scan overnight...

EDIT: Malwarebytes hangs whiles trying to remove infections... :)
