I have a gateway circa 2006 it's running windows 32 system xp media edition I recieved a copy of windows 7 .it was working great then all of a sudden the comp went off,So I resarted it but it would log in to windows start ok then log off.It did not shut down though, so ishut it off and rebooted it then tried for recovery but the restore file was missing, and it says you might not have permission to view these files.Any Ideas?
