Just that, I just purchased a Dell Optiplex GX270 for a second PC and can't get it to recognize any of 3 different HD's I've put into it.

I've also tried 3 or 4 different cables that I'm sure work and I've checked to see if the HD are spinning and they are.

I would really like to get this thing to work so any suggestions on what this might be and how to correct it will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Do you mean that the BIOS doesn't see attached drives?

If I bought something and it didn't work properly...that would indicate a trip to RMA-land for whatever it might be. Preceded by a phone call to whomever sold it to me.

If bought "as is", well...
