OK so I go to my Start Menu, then select all programs. So all the programs come up. With all these program folders, there's another folder called "Programs" which seems to be a replica of the "all programs."

So within my "all programs", there's a folder called "Programs" that when you click on it, it shows again, the "all programs."

I don't know how it got there, but i can't delete it because it says I need permission.

When you right-click on it and select Properties, what does it say?
