I am Infected and I can't get it cleaned.

I have laptop running windows xp media center edition and have had continutal problem with (a) virus(es). I ran malwarebytes, then webroot (in safe) and now webroot is constantly flashing that the communication shield is blocking access to a whole lot of stuff.

Here's the original mbam report. please help.

Just re-ran mbam after updating in non safe mode.
Here's a log copy. It says the laptop is fine.
