CAN"T BOOT UP!

Have VISTA(SP 2)!
Son downloaded 3 different SONG Editing and Recording Programs. FIRST: Speakers wouldn't work...SECOND: Telephone quit(VOIP). THIRD: In a continuous LOOP. Can only boot in SAFE MODE!
Ran "BOOT WITH LOGGING". The last 15 DRIVERS that loaded i've never seen before. Don't think they belong!
Opened TASK MANAGER and under Processes have something called "UNSECAPP". Never saw that before either!
Ran GMER, COMBO FIX, and another Analyzer and am STILL playing with it. Went into Windows Sysytem 32 and under DRIVERS tried to manually delete the Drivers that i knew came with those downloaded programs...No Can Do!
Have dealt with some ugly stuff before but this is really something. Uninstalled his Programs!!!
