I have a acer desktop, and i think maybe it may have been knocked over but not sure. However, when I try to turn it on it doesnt do anything. Except once, the lights on the front came on but they all were blinking and going crazy. Anyone know what may be the problem?

Power to lights...signifies nothing in a computer.

Any real signs of life?

Did you check all connections before trying to boot? Inside the case and outside.
