What's going on with Spywareinfo.com

Anyone know what the deal is with SpywareInfo.com? For the past week or so all it displays is a standard We are having trouble with one of the data centers. The site will be back up shortly message.

Are they under an extended DOS attack, or just changing servers, or something else?
