Hi honda2nr and Welcome to the Bleeping Computer!

Sorry for the Delay, its been very busy around here as of late!

Lets get a couple of tools to help us out!

Create a folder on your desktop called Sysclean.
Go to http://www.trendmicro.com/download/dcs.asp and download sysclean package to the folder you made.

Go to http://www.trendmicro.com/download/pattern.asp and download the Official Pattern Release for windows to your desktop.

This file will be called lptXXX.zip (XXX represents the version number)

Unzip lptXXX.zip and you'll get the file lpt$vpn.XXX.

Move the lpt$vpn.XXX to that Sysclean-folder you created on your desktop.

Dont Run this yet!

Please download the trial version of Ewido Security Suite here:
http://www.ewido.net/en/download/

Please read Ewido Setup Instructions
Install it, and update the definitions to the newest files. Do NOT run a scan yet.

Download and Install
CleanUp!
Dont use it yet!

Reboot into SAFE MODE(Tap F8 when restarting)
Here is a link on how to boot into Safe Mode:
http://service1.symantec.com/SUPPORT/tsgen...src=sec_doc_nam

Once in Safe Mode,we will do things a tad different then the Norm!

Open and Run CleanUp!-> Click the Cleanup Button to begin-> Once Completed_. Click Close and "NO" to Log Off!

Open the SysClean Folder and Doubleclick sysclean.com to Run "SysClean"-> Check-> "Automatically clean or delete detected files"

Click "Scan"

When the scan is finished, select: "View Log"

Copy and paste this log to Notepad and Save it to the Desktop!

Lastly,Open Ewido Security Suite-> Be sure all 3 Selection are ticked and Click the Scan Button!

Clean everything it finds and Be sure to Click the Button to Save a Report!

Run MSCONFIG and enable everything in the startup area. To get to MSCONFIG, click on Start -> Run -> type in MSCONFIG -> click OK!

Under the "General" Tab
Make Sure Normal Startup is Checked!!

Click Apply>>Close>>Follow the Prompts to Restart!!

Restart Normal and have the PC Scanned here:
Panda Active Scan

You will need to be using Internet Explorer for the Scan to work!

Save the Report it generates

Download the Hoster from here:
http://www.funkytoad.com/download/hoster.zip
Press "Restore Original Hosts" and press "OK"!!
Exit Program!

Post back with a fresh HijackThis log and the reports from SysClean-> Ewido and Panda!

Were you able to complete the Panda Scan?

Make sure Ewido is Updated please!

Go to Add\Remove Programs and Remove any of these that may exist

eMule
ProSiteFinder
Media Gateway
Security IGuard
iSearch
PartyPoker
Royal Vegas Poker

I am going to attach a Zip folder with a batch file in it,download it to your desktop, right click and select extract all!
We run this in Safe Mode!

Click Start-> Run-> Type in Services.msc and Click OK!

Scroll that list and locate this entry

Miscrosoft Updates Service 5

Right Click that entry and Select "Properties"-> Click "Stop"-> Go up and Change the "Startup type" to "Disabled"

Reboot into SAFE MODE(Tap F8 when restarting)
Here is a link on how to boot into Safe Mode:
http://service1.symantec.com/SUPPORT/tsgen...src=sec_doc_nam

After restarting in Safe Mode,Configure Windows to Show All Hidden Files and Folders Here is a link to help with that:
http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/ind...showtutorial=62

Make sure All Windows and Browsers are Closed and from the Zap folder-> Double Click on "Zap.bat"-> Click "OK" to the any prompts that may come up and wait for the DOS window to close!

Now,locate and Delete the following

C:\WINDOWS\isrvs<< Folder

C:\WINDOWS\system32\hqbxgt.exe<< File

C:\WINDOWS\system32\ae7sfj3d.exe<< File

C:\WINDOWS\system32\msupd5.exe<< File

C:\Program Files\Media Gateway<< Folder

C:\Program Files\ProSiteFinder<< Folder

C:\Program Files\eMule<< Folder

C:\Program Files\PartyPoker<< Folder

C:\Program Files\royalvegasMPP<< Folder

Open HijackThis and put a check by these but DO NOT hit the Fix Checked button yet!
