I don't know why I have a slow computer. A few days ago it was lightning fast. I have recently installed the OS so there is not much on it yet. I have downloaded and ran adaware se personal, avast anti virus microsoft anti spyware comodo anti virus and i have a sygate personal firewall running at all times.
The comp. even freezes for about 10 seconds sometimes. i have more than 80 gigs of free space left om my c drive and even more on my d drive so I dont think it's slowing down because there is not enough space.

any ideas?

-Thank you for your time
