Hello and welcome to BleepingComputer.

Your log shows that you are seriously behind on windows updates. It is essential that you update your operating system as soon as possible; otherwise any infections we remove could reoccur. Since you currently are infected with malware, I want you to upgrade only to SP1a at this time. You can download SP1a;

From Microsoft: WindowsXP SP1a

From Download.com: WindowsXP SP1a

You have HijackThis running from a temporary or zip folder. Any backup files HJT creates during the repair process will not be secure if left in this folder.

Create a folder on the C: drive called "C:\HJT". You can do this by opening My Computer then double click on Local Disk (C:). In a clear area right click and select New then Folder and name it "HJT". Unzip HijackThis into this folder. Please delete any other copies of HijackThis and run HJT only from this new folder.

Spyware Begone is on the list of Rogue Anti-Spyware and as such I would suggest you uninstall it via Control Panel, Add/Remove Programs. Let me know if you uninstalled it.

Download CCleaner and install.
- Do not run it yet.

Start HJT and click on the SCAN button. Put a check mark in front of the following lines if they still show:

R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer,SearchURL = http://216.65.101.250/sbms/
R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Default_Search_URL = about:blank
R1 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Search Bar = about:blank
R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Search,SearchAssistant = about:blank
R0 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Toolbar,LinksFolderName =

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [aZHU7T6mX.exe] C:\documents and settings\julian tang\local settings\temp\aZHU7T6mX.exe

With ALL OTHER WINDOWS CLOSED, click on Fix Checked.

Run CCleaner.
- Uncheck "Cookies" under "Internet Explorer".
- Click on Run Cleaner in the lower right-hand corner. This can take quite a while to run.
- When finished, exit CCleaner.

I don't see any antivirus running on this machine, we better do some online scans:

Please do an online virus scan at two or more of the following sites:
Panda ActiveScan
TrendMicro Housecall
BitDefender On-Line Virus Scan
CA eTrust AV WebScanner
Symantec Security Check

Allow the online scans to remove anything they find. Report anything that they can not remove.

Download Ad-aware SE v1.06 from LavaSoft. Install and update it. Run a "Full scan", but uncheck "Search for negligible risk entries". (A complete tutorial on Ad-aware can be found here.) Allow Ad-aware to remove anything it finds.

Reboot and post a fresh HJT log.
