I am using an HP Laptop with following configurations:

HP
Genuine Intel® CPU

HJT is a malware-troubleshooting tool. If you don't suspect malware issues, I suggest you edit your original post and remove the HJT log.

There are many reasons a system is deemed slow by users, many of those have nothing to do with malware issues.

I removed the HJT log so you can continue in this forum

why won't my laptop work?

Having grandkids is God's way of giving you a 2nd chance because you were too busy working your butt off the 1st time around
Do not send me PMs with problems that should be posted in the forums. Keep it in the forums, so everyone benefits
