I went through all the tutorials and searched all topics for Windows XP but could not find an answer so I hope someone here could help.

I have a relative slow upload speed, 192kb/s and sometimes it takes more than 2 hours to upload a larger file to a video stream portal. I have two accounts with two different video portals (youtube & facebook). After I upload a video to Facebook I would like to upload the same video to YouTube but I want the source to be from the Facebook portal and not from my computer. How do I do this? Posted Image
