Hello, I'm new to this site but have had a logstanding problem.
I have Windows XP Home (SP2). Was running Norton Antivirus (updated), now running EZFirewall/EZLite. Neither cures this problem.

I keep getting lop programmes and materials. I have a wide blue menu bar at the bottomof my screen which I can never delete. It has click-on topics on it such as Casino, etc. Also has drop-down menus for Dating, etc., and a Search and Go buttons. I cannot delete it using the red X.

Also have items on my Favorites list such as Cool Stuff, Web Housing, etc. I cannot delete these either; when I right click on them, there is no option to delete, it just says Close Toolbar.

I have run updated versions of AdAware, CWShredder, Spybot and have deleted temporary internet files and cookies. I have also checked the pop up blocker and removed all listed.

I am tempted to use Hijack This but am concerned that its for advanced users and do not want to risk deleting something that will stop my computer from working.
Please help.

I have exactly the same problem, I tried with Spybot S&D, Windows AntiSpyware, Spyware Doctor, Spy Sweeper but I couldn't remove that.
You have been able to remove that?
Please help me.
