I foolishly downloaded this file from someone I thought was a safe source. We had been exchanging videos via rapidshare and I thought he was sending me a clean file. Well needless to say I am unable to start my laptop now. The computer starts to boots up and then tells me it was unable. It gives me the option of booting in safe mode only to freeze while it it is downloading files and then it blue screens.

ANy help?

If you cannot bootup in normal or safe mode, then your options are limited.
