We lost power a few times yesterday and my computer reports that my thumb drive is no longer formatted.

How do I go about recovering my data?

EDIT: I've tried 'Bad Copy' and DDR 'Pen drive Recovery'.

I should have kept a local copy of my school work but I didn't. Now I'm afraid I just lost everything.
