I'm not sure if this is the right forum but I'm starting here.
I had a virus in wininet.dll that could not be cleaned or deleted. I reinstalled Windows 2000 but now I get the Windows Installer window pops up every time I access an application. The message is:

The feature you are trying to use is on a network resourse that is unavailable. Click OK to try again or enter an alternate path to a folder containg the installation package 'SoundClick MP3 Player.msi' in the box below.

I do not have this folder anywhere on my computer. I cannot uninstall SoundClick MP3 Player because this window pops up all the time
I've search Google for that package and get no hits.
Any suggestions on how I can get rid of this message?

You may have had the Soundclick program before you reformatted and reinstalled Windows.

It's freeware, so download it and see if it solves the problem.
