Hey BP forums!

I'm in the process of getting a new video card (http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/topic245110.html - anyone reading this is encouraged to add their two cents there as well  ) and I'm trying to educate myself as much as possible in the ways of computer building and maintenance.

My question is, how do I go about using the onboard hardware monitoring? My mobo is an ASRock 4Core1333-eSATA2

Thanks for any help you can give me.

Cheers
