Hello from the Yukon Territory in Canada, yes we have computers, although sometimes data flow freezes in the winter....kidding! Hoping to expand my computer knowledge here, pretty much self taught so far with the help of various websites also, looks like this one is a gold mine of info though.

why won't my laptop work?

Having grandkids is God's way of giving you a 2nd chance because you were too busy working your butt off the 1st time around

Hey thanks Garmanma, brings a whole new meaning to my computer freezing up. Maybe we should have knitted laptop cozies like you can get for your teapot. Can't complain right now, we are in the middle of a heatwave and there are forest fires burning all over the territory. Which actually reminds me that we did lose some phone and internet service back in June when a major fibre optic cable was cut by equipment doing fire control down the Alaska highway.
