I need help to remove webroot spy sweeper

I have D.Pro and webroot spy sweeper on my pc I cannot run my defender pro antivirus at all it quit running on schedule & i cannot do it manually either, the D.Pro tech suggested removing my webroot spy sweeper program as well but I don't know how can someone help me?
