How come Windows?

How come I cant arrange my mp3s by date, I tried right clicking and everything is there except for date?? how come? how do I get it back?

Open the mp3 folder and set it to 'show details'.
Click on 'View' menu at the top.
Move mouse down and click 'Choose Details.
Now tick one or all of the three 'date' options.
You may have to maximise the window to see the date column(s)
or adjust other column-widths by dragging their edges to the left with mouse.
Remove columns you don't want to see by using 'Choose Details' again
as described above (untick to remove).
