I bought it a while ago and recently set it up, but windows doesn't recognise it. I think I may need to download drivers for it. Anyone know where I can get a ADE -4DKPB driver?

Really should not need drivers.
Have you tried several USB ports? Are you sure the cable is good?
Does it have an external power supply or is it self powered? It should not really matter but if it has an external power supply have you connected it?

Hope it was not to long ago. You may have a bad hub and need to return it.
