I am attempting to flush dns, but it will not work. I have been running it as an administrator, so that is not the problem. I keep getting the error:

Could not flush the DNS Resolver Cashe: Function failed during execution.

Any help is much appreceated.

Your DNS Client Service is not running, Start/Run/services.msc/Enter

Scroll down to DNS Client, right-click it and Start the Service, should be set to Automatic start.
