Here's the problem. I have two computers, and my newer one can't access the internet for some strange reason. When I hook it up, the little symbol in the right hand corner says limited to no connectivity. But when I hook this older computer up, the internet works just fine, and I'm using the same exact wires and everything. This problem started a few weeks ago when a tree right behind my house got struck by lightning, and since then the internet hasn't worked. I think it's just a coincidence because the computer works still, I can play games and stuff, it's just not able to work online.

I've tried restarting it, disabling the connection and then enabling it again. And when I try to repair the connection that never works. So does anyone know what could be my problem?

ANd I don't know anything about computers and how they work so I probably won't understand computer terminology.
