FOUND THIS INFO ON ANOTHER SITE BUT THE PROBLEM IS WHEN I GET TO THE PART WHERE I AM TO FIND THIS FILE "usbaapl_4351B7DAFF62F D33510D77DFAE3CF8CC82517571".......... THE FILE IS NOT THERE. THERE IS ANOTHER FILE WITH A SIMILAR NAME BUT THE NUMBERS ARE NOT THE SAME.

I JUST WANT TO SYNC MY IPHONE W/ MY WIN XP NOTEBOOK. CAN SOMEONE HELP ME. ???

Your computer recognises the iphone as a camera device.Try this:

*Right-click "My Computer" & select Manage
*Select Device Manager
*In the right-hand pane, expand Imaging Devices&select the iPhone (camera)
*Right-click the iPhone camera & select Properties
*Click the Driver tab
*Click "Update Driver..."
*When asked if you should connect to the internet, select No,not this time
*Select Install from a list or specific location (Advanced)
*Check "Include this location in the search" and point it to:
C:\WINDOWS\system32\DRVSTORE\usbaapl_4351B7DAFF62F D33510D77DFAE3CF8CC82517571
*Click Next
*The driver should install and now when you open iTunes you will see your iPhone.

you can use this for future references
