When I click on the "tools" button it crashes you know" Real player has encountered...

the other buttons work fine. its just he tools button.

I emailed real and they said to delete cookies, files, etc. I did that. I uninstalled th eprogram re downloaded it severl, several times but it still happens.

I was thinking that with me on dial up something didn't download all the way. Can real player be downloaded to a disk or cd then uploaded to the computer. Would that fix the problem...

any help is need(I'm new and if this is in wrong place please move it)
