When I try to uninstall MapleStory it comes up with an error that says

"The feature you are trying to use is on a CD-ROM or other removable disk that is not available.
Insert 'MapleStory' disk and click OK"

I installed MapleStory without a disk so I can't uninstall.
I also deleted the MapleStory files since it wouldn't delete at all and I thought that would do it.
Can somebody please help?

Hi there.. if you are using Windows 2000 or later you can try Revo Uninstaller.. It will likely get it all out for you. I had the same trouble with a bunch of Nancy Drew games and Revo got them off my computer.. FINALLY LOL

Do not anticipate trouble, or worry about what may never happen. Keep in the sunlight.

Hide not your talents. They for use were made. What's a sundial in the shade?

The company name of MapleStory is "Nexon", so go to Start / Search / All files and Folders, type in the names then look for Nexon or MapleStory.

Or you can go to My Computer, C drive / Program files, and look for Nexon or the actual folder called MapleStory.
Chaos reigns within.
Reflect, repent, and reboot.
Order shall return.

Well RevoUninstaller comes up with a list of every file related to MapleStory.
But I'm not that advanced in computers so i don't want to delete them.
Thinking I might mess my computer up.

HI,
Ya, please be aware of that MapleStory is "Nexon", so go to Start / Search / All files and Folders, type in the names then look for Nexon or MapleStory. You will find the problem then.

lol nancy drew
haha do people play does ?

any way
you can delete the folder like every one else said to do
but its always a better idea to delete the game the right way

"The feature you are trying to use is on a CD-ROM or other removable disk that is not available.
Insert 'MapleStory' disk and click OK"

are you sure the file is getting directed to the right file ?
go to the where you installed the game and go though all the folders, intill you find the uninstall exe file
see if that works
