I was wondering if someone could help. I want to remove administrator/user to the whole computer, not just a program. Where do I go to do this. I have been getting reinfected and would like to be the only one that has admin\user on my computer. When I first set it up I put two on, and system has added itself.

Thanks.

I have been getting reinfected

I do not think you got rid of the original infection
Just because one tool says you are clean, doesn't mean you are

This is freaking me out. I am going to change the name for this to show you. Am I paranoid?

Go to control panel Open user accounts

It says Missy 299999999
Administrator
password protected

Guest account is off

There are no other accounts

Everything that I look on right click something and look at properties
go to security
the accounts there say
Missy 2999999999(missy299999999999-pc\missy29999999999)
What is this. It is my mothers name and no one has created this that I know of. It does not show under control panel. I can't go to each individual thing on my computer and change permission and get this deleted. What is it and why is it in the users of my computer under security and not in the users under control panel. More important how do I get rid of it.

Can someone please help.
