I have several problems I keep getting c0000021a fatal system error c0000005. I am logged into sage mode and I cannot run any of my spyware programs. I have super anti. Malwarebytes. Avg. And smitfraudfix. When I try to run one it says it has encountered a problem and needs to close. I also have a big red x in lower roght corner that pops up system alert virus blah blah blah.. And also keep getting a secruity center alert box trojan downloader. Sorry for any typos or if I am confusing doing thos from my blackberry

Hello this is a security error in windows.. maybe malware maybe corrupt files from malware or something else.

Let's try to get a MBAM (MalwareBytes) scan log first and see.
You have it installed so try this first.

Please navigate to the MBAM folder located in the Program Files directory.

Locate MBAM.exe and rename it to winlogon.exe

Once renamed double click on the file to open MBAM and select Quick Scan

At the end of the scan click Remove Selected and then reboot.


Post the scan log. The log is automatically saved and can be viewed by clicking the Logs tab in MBAM.
Copy and paste the contents of that report in your next reply. Be sure to post the complete log to include the top portion which shows MBAM's database version and your operating system.
