need help on removing a trojan/virus [Moved]

Hello, I have came here before when I had a virus and you guys helped me out alot! and now i'm coming back here again because i have another virus. I have AVG Internet Security on my computer and detected that there was a virus. When I opened up my itunes it said i have a to reinstall it and it said I have the Trojan horse Small.BOG virus and it looks like its related to iTunes. I had my computer reformated so I dont have any of the programs that you guys said to download so if anybody could help me out it would be great! Thanks!!!

Hi, Don't delete or quarantine the files that will break your iTunes install. The files are a False positive that AVG needs to amend in their next update..
You are NOT at risk. these are not trojans.

I found an Apple workaround till the update.

Open your AVG
Go to Resident Shield.... Manage Exceptions....Add Path
Add C:\Program Files\iTunes and C:\Program Files\iPod
