Okay, down to business. About three to four days ago, my mom tried downloading a game from some random site. about a minute or so later, my control panel pops up and next to each driver says a certain amount of viruses. I've got Panda Internet Security downloaded, as well as advanced system care Pro installed. The entire time I'm thinking "I thought Panda was supposed to be updated from time to time. It's supposed to be a GOOD antivirus!" I try to run ASC to remove all of the harmful crap on my computer, but a black and yellow shield pops up and starts running a random scan. I don't know what it was that popped up, I never had it before! It took no more than 5 minutes and it found at least a mixture of 35 worms/viruses/trojans. My internet closed, panda closed, and each time I try to open any one of my programs, a bubble would pop up saying "This application could not start, the file TPSrv.exe could not be executed" or some .exe file along those lines. I was able to find a way around the virus and run a quick scan, but my scanner found only one or two viruses. however, when I run the online ESET scanner, it automaticaly finds the trojan WIN32/Kryptic.yt. Anything I can do?
