Do you happen to know the make and model of your computer?
If custom built, the make and model of the motherboard?
If you are unsure, use SIW to find the info

ECS Model MS9147C

ECS = Matsonic made boards for many different computer manufacturers, mainly HP

Sound controller - AC97 audio controller
You could try matching it up in HP's driver archives or you can try this one I found:

Matsonic - MS9107C , MS9107C+ driver
