P6T board, Radeon x700 (temporarily), core i7 920

I press power, the fans spin, the lights come on. I hear one beep, then as the fans keep spinning, power comes to light up my USB keyboard and I hear another beep. If I hold down a key on the Keyboard I hear a faint clicking noise coming from the system speaker. However, there is no signal on the board.

I tried to run the BIOS flash in the software that came on the Asus disc. Now this.

I replugged the video, cleared the CMOS, replugged the HDD and several power connectors, replugged RAM.

SOLVED: haha, the problem was that signal was being sent out of VGA and not the DVI connector! Hahaha! How simple!

Instead of doing all this you can onething like ripping out a CMOS battery and wait for 5 to 10 secs and press the button and battery at a time because it will ask for default setup. And after that you can load default setup.
