Hi there,
I have an Acer laptop that freezes every time it boots up. Every time it boots successfully but as soon as the desktop becomes visible the mouse pointer becomes less and less responsive until after a few moments it just freezes, we've tried reinstalling windows and tried different Ram without success. I cannot even power it off (I've learnt that you can unplug the power and battery to power off the laptop that way, I have checked for viruses but nothing found. Someone tells me it's a software problem. I have no idea what the problem is!

If you have reinstalled widnows and it still happens it is most likley a hardware issue
