Hope this is th.e right section ,

I had a problem linking my PayPal account to my bank account but when I try 'Help' or 'Contact us' on the home page all I get is


We are unable to complete your request.

An unexpected error has occurred.

Error message detail

I've tried for a few days . Means nothing to me . I have Firefox 3.5 installed .

Any ideas or another way to contact PayPal please

Just found out it works perfectly well if your not logged on :thumbsup:

Seems a bit ironic to/for me so...lets try


to what must you NOT be logged IN for what to work ?

Could you please clarify if only to help me to be unconfused :flowers:

You must not be logged into your Paypal account for Help to work - just be on the home page - strange I know
