Hey, I was cleaning out my cookies from Ccleaner and I check them by googling them just to see what they are and found this from googles safe browsing page
adnxs.com explanation it says on the one hand its harmless and on the other its a site that links to malware or trojans!
I have not a clue where it came from and I know cookies are harmless it just seems that the site is sending mixed messages with it.

According to a whois query adnxs.com belongs to 1&1.com a web hosting provider. When I added www to that domain name I get a log in page for something called ADNEXUS appnexus. Hope that helps you get a handle on what that cookie is. And since it's a log in page I'd be willing to bet those might be false postives.

Thanks there!
I was just confused by the google safe search thing stating one thing in one sentance and another thing in another sentance.
Do you mean false positives from Ccleaner or from the GSS?
