I'm a retired aerospace engineer who now works part time at a winery tasting room. When not working there I spend (waste?) a lot of time on my computers. From time to time I run into situations I can't deal with. Right now I have a situation with my Trend Micro security package. When I boot up my desktop (but not my laptop) something shuts down my TM firewall. I'm in the process of using the TM sysclean utility. Results aren't in yet.

Be sure to check out the New User Orientation and the excellent Tutorials.
The power of accurate observation is commonly called cynicism by those who haven't got it.
