I googled this virus and found a thread where Budapest helped Spielman remove this virus. I followed those instructions to the letter, and it seems to have removed the threat, but upon searching the registry I found this entry:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\ Software\Microsoft\Search Assistant\ACMu\5603
(Default) REG_SZ (Value not set)
000 REG_SZ systempropertiesprotection
001 REG_SZ Trojan.flush.m
002 REG_SZ gxvxcuap
003 REG_SZ globalroot
004 REG_SZ favorites

Can I delete the 5603, which should remove everything in it? I don't want a sleeping dog.
