I have a Vista Home Premium. At least once or twice a day when I start system it scans for at least 5-10 mins. Then it seems like it goes to safe mode and at top of screen it will say Windows Start Up Repair System. And it will ask me to click on restore. I have ran anti-virus and spyware and it says there is no viruses. Please anyone need HELP!!!!!!!

What sort of free space do you have on your drive and size? What AV AS programs are your running? Have you ever done a tuneup on your computer? Registry cleanup, defrag. What processor and memory?
