Hello,

I am getting random messages from my antivirus program (AVG) that I may have a "patching" virus in my system. I then tried to run Malware Bytes Antimalware, but first I tried to update it. It gave an error 732. I tried ComboFix just to see if it would update, and it says that it has been corrupted, and to download a fresh copy. I went to Bleeping Computer to download a fresh copy, and it downloads 99%, then halts for about 20 seconds, then finishes. I rerun the program, and it still says that it has been corrupted, then deletes itself. I have the same problem in safemode, but there is no 99% delay problem there, but still says that combofix is corrupted and erases itself.

I ran Malware Bytes Antimalware without updates, and it found infections, which I removed. I reboot my computer, then rerun the software, and it finds more infections. I have not tried Spybot or AdAware at this time, but I suspect that I will have problems as well.

As requested, I downloaded DDS and ran it. Zipped and attached the ATTACH.txt and posted the DDS.txt as requested by the instructions.

Thanks,

J. Woods

Here is a copy of my DDS log
