My suggestion is start reading here: Starting a Computer Repair Business. This will give you more information to work with and a broader overview. This question has been asked so many times not only here but world wide. This exposes you to more information. That way you can come back and ask more specific questions to fill in your base of knowledge.

The Internet is so big, so powerful and pointless that for some people it is a complete substitute for life.
Andrew Brown (1938-1994)

A learning experience is one of those things that say, "You know that thing you just did? Don't do that." Douglas Adams (1952-2001)

"Imagination is more important than knowledge. Knowledge is limited. Imagination circles the world." Albert Einstein (1879-1955)

You can also go to a site that I visit. It is called technibble.com. The site is for IT/computer repair business owners and those wanting to start a pc repair business. You will find tool for a lot of stuff. But tools is the least important thing you need.

For example what happens if you are working on a computer, the hard drive dies and now the owner wants to sue you? For this you need contracts.

You need will plenty from that site.

Of course but for your malware removal help this is the BEST place for it
