Bluetooth for windows xp

Hi guys! I have a blackberry 7100, and I want to connect it with my computer using bluetooth technology. The I can use blackberry deskptop software to transfer stuff. But I was wondering that how do I know if my windows and computer come with builtin bluetooth support, because blackberry recommends to use the windows builtin bluetooth software. And if I do have it then how can I enable it. 

dell optiplex GX1

windows xp pro sp3

320mb ram

intel p3 processor

You would need the bluetooth driver for your model of computer
Unfortunately, your computer is rather old and there is no driver on Dell's website for that model
In fact they don't even have XP drivers for that model

I also notice that you are rather limited in your memory
