I'm getting popups through something. Also, opening new windows takes around a 10 second delay to load.
Thanks in advance.

Print out these instructions and then close all windows including Internet Explorer.

Then I want you to fix some of those entries. Please do the following:

Please make sure that you can view all hidden files. Instructions on how to do this can be found here:

How to see hidden files in Windows

Run Hijackthis again, click scan, and Put a checkmark next to each of these. Then click the Fix button:

O2 - BHO: (no name) - {8D2A0517-5BAB-3FB4-3470-B07A4614B3F8} - C:\DOCUME~1\Johnny\APPLIC~1\AXISBA~1\bluetime.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [programdoesnewinternet] C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\LINK FRAG PROGRAM DOES\htm internet.exe
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [Soap Eq] C:\DOCUME~1\Johnny\APPLIC~1\SPAMWA~1\site owns 32.exe

Reboot your computer into Safe Mode

Then delete these files or directories (Do not be concerned if they do not exist)

C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\AXISBA~1\ <--delete this entire folder
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\LINK FRAG PROGRAM DOES\htm internet.exe
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\SPAMWA~1\ <--delete this entire folder

Reboot your computer to go back to normal mode and post a new log.

The computer feels better. No more pop-ups. Thanks!

The only other thing I'm having trouble with currently is not being able to drag and drop files between folders or do any type of copy and pasting. The only way I can do it right now is items on the desktop. I can drag and drop items on the desktop into folders on the desktop and I can drag items from folders onto the desktop. But I can't move items between two open folders. Any ideas on how to solve this issue?

I tshould work. As a test try this. Open up the c: drive in My computer and create two folders. One called 1 and the other called 2. Then copy a file into one of those folders. Now try to move that file into the other folder

Okay, moving from folder 1 to folder 2 works but I can't move the file from folder 2 to folder 1. When I try to drag and drop, I get this circle with a diagonal line through it (like a red part of a non-smoking sign).

What happens if you right click on the file in folder 2 and select cut. Then paste it into folder 1. Just curious as to whether that will work

Yes that seems to work. I can cut from folder 2 and paste into folder 1.

Well cutting and pasting is the same as moving. So we know the procedure works and you have ther rights to do it.

How are you tryuing to move it. Are you right click and dragging or left click and dragging?

I am left clicking and dragging. It doesn't seem to work when dragging an item from the desktop into another folder on the desktop when that folder is open. To clarify, if I open folder 2, which is on the desktop, and then drag an item on the desktop, let's call that folder 1, into the open folder 2, not the small icon of folder 2, it won't work. However, dragging folder 1 into the small icon of folder 2 does work.

What I'm currently doing now which is a temporary solution is creating shortcuts to the folders that I need to move items into, placing the shortcuts on the desktop, and dragging items into the small icons of the shortcuts (without the folder being opened).
