How to allow plugins IE 8

I want to disable the yellow bar on IE8 it keeps bugging me about plugins being disabled.

There is some setting in IE8 that stops it from bugging you about plugins.

I used it last year, then soon went back to IE7. ( Now IE8 has been sorta forced on me with my last update).

Seems like it involved the letter X or something.
