Had the same problem as this topic:

http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/t/241497/cannot-boot-normal-mode-windows-explorer-keeps-crashing/

I ran the MBAM.

After that the explorer.exe didn't crash anymore but my computer still gave me:

[Error]
Starting...

Popups, after windows was loaded (in normal mode)..

I got like 10 of them and then I can just click them away..

The only problem now is every page I try to visit on Firefox or I-Explorer gives me the google frontpage..

So I tried to run the Dr.Web CureIt. It found a couple of things, and I had to restart the computer after scanning. But now after restarting, I can't start Vista anymore.

It gives a winload.exe error.. (trying to repair with the Vista CD doesn't work for me..)

This is the error I've got now:

This is where I am till now.

I hope anyone can help with this..

Thanks in advance!

Do you have a single hard drive?
Do you dual-boot?

Run a full scan with mbam and post the results

Having grandkids is God's way of giving you a 2nd chance because you were too busy working your butt off the 1st time around

I've got a single hard drive.. So I can't start my computer at all..
I've tried the repair option at the Windows Vista CD but it gets stuck every time I try it..
I just can't get any further than that winload.exe error i've got there..
I need to fix that first I think..
